Abstract

In March 2024 there will be year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Nunukan Regency of 3.92 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.70.

Y-on-y inflation occurs due to an increase in prices as indicated by rising prices most of the expenditure group indexes, namely: food, beverage groups and tobacco by 7.67 percent; clothing and footwear group of 10.03 percent; transportation group by 1.34 percent; recreation groups, sports, and culture by 1.44 percent; food and beverage supply group/ restaurants at 5.23 percent; and group personal care and other services amounting to 1.28 percent. Housing, water, electricity and fuel group index households experienced a decline or deflation of 0.76 percent. So also with groups of supplies, equipment and routine house maintenance household is 1.01, the health group is 0.56, as well as the information group, communications, and financial services experienced deflation of 0.86. For groups education has not changed.

In March 2024 inflation will occur month to month (m-to-m) and year to date (y-to-d) Nunukan Regency was 1.04 percent and 0.65 percent respectively.
