Abstract

Nunukan Economy 2023 as measured by Regional Domestic Product Gross (GRDP) based on current prices reached IDR 42.53 trillion and GRDP per capita reached IDR 199.21 million.
The Nunukan economy in 2023 to 2022 (y-on-y) experiences growth of 4.16 percent. From the production side, growth was the highest achieved by the Electricity and Gas Procurement business field was 17.68 percent. From the expenditure side, the highest growth was achieved by the expenditure component Gross Fixed Capital Formation was 9.63 percent.
Spatially, the economic structure of North Kalimantan Province in 2023 is dominated by Tarakan City at 35.28 percent and the smallest is Tana Regency Tidung was 6.11 percent. Meanwhile, Nunukan Regency occupies the position second with a contribution of 28.80 percent. Tarakan City's economic performance recorded the highest growth of 5.90 percent (y-on-y).
