Abstract

The 2024 Construction Cost Index (IKK) Nunukan Regency is an index that describes the level of expensive prices of construction goods and services in Nunukan Regency compared to the reference city, which was Banjarmasin City. Construction Cost Index (IKK) data was obtained from the Construction Cost Price Survey specifically for building or construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and wages for construction services carried out in all districts/cities in Nunukan Regency. The 2024 IKK calculation was obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK) which was carried out in the third and fourth quarters of 2023 and the first and second quarters of 2024. The IKK weighing diagram calculation uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ). Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing Unit Price Analysis Book, as well as data on the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The 2024 IKK is one of the main components used to calculate the General Allocation Fund for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
