This Survey has been carried out regularly every year since 2005, but initially it was still done at BPS-Statistics Indonesia. Since 2014, this Survey implementation location has been developed up to the BPS-Statistics of Regency/ Municipality. In 2023, BPS-Statistics Indonesia again hold this Survey at the BPS-Statistics Indonesia, 34 BPS-Statistics of Province and 480 BPS-Statictics of Regency/ Municipality. The results of the 2023 survey are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data requirements and satisfaction with data quality. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index.
