  • The number of poor people in North Kalimantan in September 2022 was 50.58 thousand (6.86 percent). In March 2022 the number of poor people was 49.46 thousand (6.77 percent), meaning that the number of poor people increased by 1.1 thousand people or in percentage terms increased by 0.09 percentage points.
  • During March - September 2022, the poverty line (GK) increased by 3.84 percent, namely from Rp. 772,914 per capita per month in March 2022 to Rp. 802,566,- per capita per month in September 2022.
  • In the period March-September 2022, the Poverty Depth Index (P1) decreased from 0.890 in March 2022 to 0.603 in September 2022. The same thing happened to the Poverty Severity Index (P2), which decreased from 0.186 to 0.098.
  • In September 2022, the level of inequality in population spending as measured by the Gini Ratio was recorded at 0.270. This figure has decreased when compared to the Gini Ratio in March 2022.
  • In September 2022, the distribution of expenses for the bottom 40 percent of the population is 23.91 percent. This means that people's spending is still in the category of low levels of inequality.
