On December 13th, 2024, BPS Kabupaten nunukan, represented by the head of the balance team, Mrs. Andi Dalfiah Mustafa, attended the Nunukan Regency Wage Council meeting to discuss the minimum wage of Nunukan Regency and the sectoral minimum wage of Nunukan Regency. In addition to setting the UMK for 2025, the Nunukan District Wage Council meeting also discussed and established the UMSK (Sectoral Minimum Wage) for Nunukan District in 2025, for the Agriculture Sector (Plantation), General Mining Sector, and Processing Industry Sector. Where each of these sectors is considered a dominant employment sector in the Nunukan Regency area, viewed from the perspective of job opportunities, income contribution, and work-related risks.
